You can use these credits when you log in to book your sessions with our calendar.
Step 2
Fill in the calendar form to see availability. You can use all your session credits at once or you can use them as you please.
Step 3
Turn up on the day and time you booked and enjoy your session. You can always book in another session with your trainer as you leave to get the best time that suits you.

Please note - if you miss a booked session, or cancel with less than 72 hours, your credit will be removed.
If you cancel within 72 hours of your session, and immediately rebook for a time that suits you, your credit will not be removed.
