What is my attitude to training

Building your health and fitness, transforming your body both inside and out and improving your own training and diet knowledge will change your life for the better – I have made it my mission to help as many people realise this and actually achieve this with professional and advanced guidance.

How i plan to reach your goals

Coming from a high level rugby playing and competitive powerlifting background I didn’t identify my true passion until finding bodybuilding. Growing up I was insecure about being skinny and this reflected in my day to day mentality and productivity, when I started to put on size it changed everything and turned me into the confident man I am today. Having gone through that mental transition myself, I know all too well how important exercise is to mental health.

How I will track your progress

I have worked with some of the best coaches in the natural bodybuilding world, stepping into the world of competitive natural bodybuilding myself as well as investing constantly into my own knowledge through seminars, extensive courses, reading as much literature as I can and taking the research into my own hands as I wasn’t satisfied with the limited information a simple PT course offers. I have used this knowledge to take countless clients through incredible body transformations both in an online coaching set up and 1-1 personal training.
